The leadership team wanted to create greater clarity, stronger accountability and a more aligned operational focus without introducing unnecessary process or bureaucracy.

Paul has made a significant difference to how we are operating as a business over a relatively short period of time. He has a strong ability to quickly understand what is really going on beneath the surface. In our case, that centred around clarity of roles, decision-making, and where we were unintentionally slowing ourselves down. It has also helped me personally step back at times and focus more on leading the business rather than being pulled into every operational detail. That is already improving how we use our time and where we place our focus.
